Take an hour or two to clear the clutter from your living space so you can really
appreciate what you already have. The bonus effect will be a calmer atmosphere
and a clearer path to doing the things that need to get done, which will free you
to do what you have been dreaming of doing!
Take it a step further and start creating a little beauty in your surroundings. Add
a scented candle (make a practice of lighting it!) or a simple vase of flowers. Or
move the furniture around so you can actually use what you have. If you are
using what you have, but don’t like a particular piece of furniture, then start looking
around for a beautiful replacement. Do one piece at a time and have fun looking.
